Here is your Thursday Schedule.  A reminder to log in to all virtual learning activities with your school "wlavikings.org" email address - not your personal email address.

Notes for Thursday this week for Virtual Learning.  There is no school this Friday.
  • Chapel and attendance is the same - Check-in at 9:00 AM
  • Work on materials and assignments for All Classes throughout your day.
  • Check your WLA email and google classrooms for updates from your teachers and for their available office hours.
  • Please reach out to teachers for help and to have questions answered.
  • 9:00am Chapel and Daily Attendance Check 
    • View the chapel and be sure to check in the "Attendance" google classroom.

  • Daily Work
    • Check your google classrooms for assignments and materials.
    • Contact your teachers during their communicated office hours.
    • Attend zoom meetings as scheduled by your teachers.
    • Please reach out to teachers for help and to have questions answered.

  • Thank You’s.
    • Thanks to Mr. Ehlke, Mr. Kretsch, and Mr. Pausma, my chapel presenters last week.
  • Attendance.
    • Please do not bypass the chapel. View and mark your attendance.
  • Weekly Office Hours for the teachers.  See the document here.
  • Virtual Learning Feedback.
    • I will be sharing a survey with parents and students for feedback this Wednesday, watch for the Swiftreach notification and also the links in this blog.
  • Assignments.
    • All assignments scheduled to be posted on that day will be posted by 9:00am.
  • Zoom Security.
    • I want to assure you that our teachers have made necessary adjustments on our side to ensure no unauthorized individuals will be able to access the classroom.  Zoom is also updating daily with new security measures.
  • Guardian access to notifications in Google Classroom. 
    • Please see your email today for an invitation to be a guardian in Google Classroom.
  • Calendar dates of importance.  A few events that I would like to discuss.
    • Prom is rescheduled for May 23, if we cannot make that date it will be canceled.
    • Graduation - WLA will go forward with an in-person graduation hopefully May 31 as planned.  If not then June 20 at 10am; and if not July 25 at 10am.
